Job Description
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their needs. Provide detailed information about different flowers, plants, and arrangements.
- Sales: Drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and a passion for flowers. Upsell additional products and services, such as delivery or custom arrangements.
- Product Display: Ensure that the floral displays are attractive, well-stocked, and clean. Rotate stock to ensure freshness and remove any wilted or damaged flowers.
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, including special requests and delivery details. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of floral arrangements.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by reporting stock shortages, damaged goods, and customer preferences. Help with inventory counts and reordering supplies.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting store environment. Ensure that all floral tools and equipment are in good working condition.
