Job Description
Job Title: Seasonal Floral Merchandiser
Clients: Falcon Farms Costco Sprouts Market
Reporting to: Erwing Bustamante
Reporting Locations: Stores in Ellicott City Pasadena and Baltimore MD
Interview Style: Via Christina who confirms start dates
Temporary Position: 3 to 10 days
Number of Positions: 1
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour plus daily mileage
Pay Period: Monday to Sunday
Timesheet: OTS timesheet
Conversion Hours: 480
Background Check: Waived
Drug Test: Waived
Personal Protective Equipment: None required
I9 Required: Yes
EVerify Required: Yes
Dress Code: Casual nonoffensive clothing
Shift: Monday Thursday Saturday from 7 am to 11 am
Responsibilities: Merchandise and stock premade arrangements of flowers prepare roses for sales floor change water in display buckets sweep and mop display areas break down product pallets remove trash from backstock area prepare large vases on flatbeds for easy replenishment
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older able to work full assignment physically able to lift up to 40 lbs comfortable bending and lifting above shoulder level ability to stand and walk extended periods reliable transportation ability to work in a team and follow daily directions.
