JD : Merchant Processing Manager
Location : Tamarac Florida
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of merchant processing professionals.
Provide guidance coaching and support to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee the daytoday operations of the merchant processing department.
Monitor transaction processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Implement and improve operational policies and procedures.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the companys compliance.
Collaborate with compliance officers to develop and implement necessary procedures.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners and vendors.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to onboard new merchants.
Analyze processing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance processing efficiency and reduce errors.
Stay updated on the latest payment processing technologies and trends.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
Work closely with customer support teams to address merchant inquiries and issues promptly.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in merchant processing services.
Other duties as assigned by management.
