Day Surgery RN

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for an RN Post Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse (PACU). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Hermiston OR 97838

Assignment Start Date: 7/9/2024

13 weeks Days 12hour shift 36 hours per week guaranteed

The Day Surgery/PACU Nurse specializing in perioperative nursing practice performs nursing activities in the preoperative intraoperative and postoperative phases of the patients surgical experience. He/she works to ensure the provision of quality care to surgical patients through the utilization of the nursing process established standards of care policies and procedures. The perioperative nurse acts as the patient advocate and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to him/her. He/she will be on call for the Surgery Unit on a regularly scheduled rotation. The RN is responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager House Supervisor or RN Team Leader.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of previous RN experience is required

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.

EMR System: EPIC Knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: Days () every other weekend
