Java Full Stack Developer Lead

Job Title: Java plus Azure Team Leader
Location: Minneapolis Hybrid
Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Lead the development of web applications using Java Angular and Azure.
• Implement best engineering practices including Continuous Integration (CI) Continuous Delivery (CD) Continuous Testing (CT) and automated code reviews.
• Drive the development and optimization of Azure Cloud technology.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and design practices.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment acting as a thought leader and change agent.
• Adapt to new technologies and take on technical challenges.
• Provide strategic guidance and updates to senior management.

Education & Experience:

• 8 years of experience in Javabased development and leading a team.
• Strong experience in both waterfall and agile processes.
• Team Leader (10 yrs of experience)

Skills:

• Full Stack Development: Java Angular Azure Cloud Docker ContainerBased Development.
• Automated Testing Tools: Cucumber Junit Mockito Selenium.
• UX Development: Angular version 8 preferred.
• Cloud/Distributed Architecture Design Patterns.
• DevOps Tools: CI/CD CT setups.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in proof of concept/MVP development.
• Robust and resilient database design.
• Leadership: 10 years of experience able to guide the team and provide status updates to senior management.
• Azure Cloud expertise.
