Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Care Navigator
Location: Remote TX
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 8:30am5:00pm CST
Pay rate: $18.0025.00/hr
Daytoday responsibilities:
- These positions work in a Call Center setting where the contractors are on a phone queue
- Inbound call center assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and Services such as PCP Changes ID Cards and Coordinate transportation and other services.
Required Skills:
- MedicalLong Term Services and Supports Background Working with the Aging Blind and Disabled Population
- MCO Medicaid STARPLUS insurance knowledge
- Call center experience is a must; worker is expected to be on the phones for the shift and will need to follow their schedule timely
