We are disrupting the increasingly complex and broken environmental data and reporting ecosystem. Leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI we guide companies through the environmental reporting and certification process. We deliver the fastest product environmental analysis life cycle assessments (LCAs) product carbon footprinting and environmental product declarations (EPDs). Our core customers are manufacturers in the built environment e.g. paint coatings steel wood chemicals. Through our proprietary technology we are currently the fastest and easiest solution in the world.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Gather data in various formats like CSV Excel and PDF ensuring a rich and diverse dataset.
- Data Entry: Extract and enter data from these formats into our database preparing it for review by our team.
- Supplier Interaction: Regularly communicate with suppliers via email to collect essential data. You'll leverage tools like ChatGPT and canned responses to streamline this process.
- Growth Opportunities: As you become more familiar with our operations we'll introduce you to new aspects of our business allowing you to take on more responsibilities.
- Data Gathering Cleanup and Manipulation: Collect clean and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis.
- Data Preparation and Cleaning: Prepare datasets for analysis by cleaning and structuring data. Address inconsistencies manage missing data and uphold high data quality standards across diverse projects.
- Research and Information Gathering: Conduct extensive webbased research to gather vital data and insights that support various business initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Documentation Support: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and analysis across multiple projects. Ensure clarity and accessibility for our international teams.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful reports and summaries to aid decisionmaking. Help visualize data to make findings understandable for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Project Flexibility: Quickly adapt to changing project needs and priorities providing essential data analysis support where it's most needed. Collaborate with the team on various datadriven initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- A genuine interest or passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
- Skilled in using data manipulation tools like SQL Excel R or Python.
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough and efficient webbased research using various methods.
- Strong skills in writing clear and concise reports.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing project demands while creating detailed documentation and clear concise notes.
- Effective communication skills in English with the ability to engage with diverse international teams.
