Job Description

Role: Veeva Safety Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Location: North Carolina Remote

Primary Skills:
Candidate must have vault exp (to understand the technical/business terms)
Person should have experience in PV (Pharmacovigilance area)


Job Description:

  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Analyst in healthcare or pharmaceutical setting focusing on clinical diagnosis.
  • Indepth knowledge of Veeva CRM for managing clinical operation data.
  • Handson experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
  • Serve as a bridge between the user and the IT personnel.
  • Work closely with users and IT to ensure that the system is designed to meet business needs.
  • Meets and interviews users to understand requirements for systems.
  • Documents business and requirements for systems including business process workflow documentation.
  • Coordinates software package evaluation and supports the preparation of product evaluation reports
  • Supports preparation of UAT plan and scripts
  • Participates in preUAT.
  • Supports users in preparing training materials user manuals and assists and facilitates the initial training of trainers of new systems.
  • Documents minutes notes of project meetings.
