Job Description
We are hiring for our client Red Rabbit Racers.
Overview:
The Senior .Net Developer plays a crucial role in our organization responsible for leading and contributing to the development and maintenance of our applications. They work closely with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deploy new features and enhancements ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design code and test technical solutions while seeking optimal performance and structuring best practices
- Lead complex projects and mentor junior developers in the development process
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall quality
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and tools
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Work in an Agile environment participating in sprint planning estimation and delivery
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them where relevant
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by implementing best practices and standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on C# and .Net framework
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC Web API and Entity Framework
- Proficiency in SQL and database design
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
- Certifications in relevant technologies are a bonus
- Proven track record of delivering highquality solutions
