Job Description

Client: One of the largest accounting tax and business advisory firms with nearly 4000 employees and more than 400 partners across the world. Location: Mumbai
Work mode: Work from office (5 days work from office)
Timings: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm

Detailed Job Description:
Summary: Looking for individuals who welcome new ideas encourage innovation and are eager to make an impact. Seeking a Specialist or Manager for technology hiring to join the Talent Acquisition team in their Mumbai office. Responsibilities:
a) Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential technology candidates including job boards social media and referrals
b) Screen and assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit for specific roles
c) Reviewing resumes conducting initial screenings and assessing candidates qualifications. Evaluating technical skills and ensuring alignment with job requirements
d) Conducting thorough interviews to evaluate candidates technical and soft skills. Collaborating with hiring managers to assess technical proficiency
e) Managing the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating with hiring managers and providing timely feedback to candidates
f) Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Developing relationships with potential candidates and keeping them engaged
g) Staying updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and emerging technologies to provide insights for effective candidate attraction and retention
h) Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicating effectively and transparently with candidates
i) Facilitating salary negotiations and managing the offer process
j) Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics such as timetofill source effectiveness and candidate conversion rates. Providing regular reports to management
l) Actively seeking feedback and continuously improving recruitment processes. Implementing best practices and innovative approaches to enhance efficiency

Requirements:
a) 10 years experience into technology recruitment preferably from a similar industry
b) Bachelor s degree. Master s degree in HR will be an added advantage
c) Should have worked on skillsets like Full Stack Java Developer BI Developer Netsuite Developer Dot Net Developer Sharepoint Developer Azure BTP Help Desk SAP SAP SAC SAP Security Basis and Infrastructure SAP Replicon UI Path Architecture Governance etc
d) Strong experience in Stakeholder Management
e) Excellent communication and organization skills
f) Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
