Reporting from Google Analytics. We have a number of reports that we maintain on a weekly basis. The successful candidate will run these reports weekly and will share the results.
Candidates should have knowledge of Google Analytics 4. Ideally they will have an analytical mindset and will not only be comfortable running these reports but will also be able to provide insight into the data. The ability to identify potential site issues or sales opportunities based on data in Google Analytics would be ideal (This means that a candidate who has some background in Ecommerce would be preferred over a candidate who only has academic experience)
2) Maintaining our Google Merchant Center account. Ensuring that new products are added to this sales channel regularly and that existing products are available for sale. Troubleshooting any products which have been flagged for removal by Google and correcting the catalog as needed to restore them to the sales feed.
3) Google My Business maintaining store listings/running reports on store engagement
4) Salesforce. Assisting with email sends. Reporting on email activity. Managing our automated email sends for coupons surveys etc.
5) From time to time they may be asked to help merchandise on the website but this will not be their main focus.
Skill sets to watch for in resumes:
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Shopify
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (Must have)
Knowledge of SQL coding
Experience with Google Merchant Center/Google My Business
Qualification
Minimum Graduate in any filed
