Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Reconciliation Manager to join our client team. The Reconciliation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation process ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This is a fulltime position with the opportunity for growth and development within our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the reconciliation process for clients ensuring timely and accurate completion
Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the reconciliation process
Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any reconciliation issues and provide support as needed
Train and mentor reconciliation staff to ensure highquality work and efficient processes
Prepare and present reports on reconciliation activities to senior management
Stay uptodate on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Graduation from premier University where specialization in operations is great to have
Prior experience (35 years) in reconciliation and settlement activities of any financial/consumer facing organization
Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes and procedures
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with managing and training staff is a plus
