Job Description

To review and analyze the process, certification, licensure, compliance and to involve in the staff/hospital management projects and activities. Job Responsibilities 1 • Oversee the clinical credential process, certification, licensure, clinical/ethical compliance, and medical staff by-laws • Initiate, coordinate and assist in ongoing medical staff/hospital management projects and activities. • Coordinate a system for patient care review that enables staff committees to monitor physician performance, and the credentials committee to maintain appropriate physician privileges. • Partner with leadership to develop and direct an organization-wide quality improvement and patient safety program. • Serve as a liaison between the medical staff and management and represent clinical interests to senior management. • Support with pharmaceutical research trials in different development phases. • Involve in the evaluation of analysis results. • Collect of relevant information and elaboration of marketing strategies. • Cooperate with marketing and sales colleagues. Job Responsibilities 2 • Monitor pharmaceutical marketing activities in consideration of legal and ethical aspects. • Train field service employees. • Contribute to the development and execution of the department’s short to mid-term plans to ensure alignment with the division’s strategic priorities and contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial objectives. Additional Responsibilities 3 • Provide input into the preparation and consolidation of the department’s budget, monitor financial performance during the year and identify areas of unsatisfactory performance (if any), and recommend mitigating actions. • Provide input into the development and implementation of the department’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement, to support an efficient and effective operation. • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE&E and QM policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality service standards and a responsible environmental attitude. Job Knowledge & Skills • Comprehensive knowledge of accreditation process in an acute Healthcare Facility with particular emphasis on JCI • Strong Knowledge of the Healthcare industry • Training on Evidence Based Medicine and/or clinical epidemiology is desirable • Sound understanding on Good Clinical Practices and SOPs. • Can understand scientific methods and experimental designs. • Strong influencing, negotiation skills with different types of internal and external stakeholders. • Team player, problem solver with clear focus on result. • Excellent in written and oral communication skills. • Proficiency in word and power point is essential • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
