• Manage and build a cohesive and effective Sales team
• Make sure the team meets the goals of the company and the expectations of the clients
• Ensure active listening to your team analyse their needs and find solutions
• Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and between the team and other parts of the organization
• Make decisions to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Native level of Italian
• Full professional level of Spanish
• Previous experience leading a Sales team
• Previous experience in Sales
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and resultoriented attitude
• Ability to make decisions with autonomy
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
• Critical and creative attitude when overcoming challenges
