Test Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

Full understanding of the AIA Construction Billing Process, waiver collection, certified payroll, and payment applications

Manage month-end and year-end closing; ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Prepare monthly reconciliations, journal entries and financial reports

Analyze financial information and summarize financial status

Ensure team reviews AIA contracts to ensure accurate billing requirements are met

Contacting customers to resolve open balances on the 90+ day receivable

Run/Collect weekly AR reports/updates and distribute to teams for follow up

Responsible for the development and implementation of goals, policies and procedures and training that provide efficient collection of Accounts Receivable and best invoicing practices

Evaluate accounting processes and procedures; recommend enhancements and improvements

Qualifications:

BS/BA in Business or Accounting is preferred

1+ Years Billing/AR Experience; Tech Savvy

Proficient in Microsoft (emphasis on Excel)

Construction/GC industry experience

Strong GL and ME Experience; AIA Billing is a plus

ERP/ Spectrum knowledge is a plus
