Job Description
Perform selection and technical assessment, pricing and underwriting.
• Manage motor products insurance portfolio
• Ensure portfolio monitoring.
• Monitor renewal information.
• Negotiate terms with the policyholder or their broker and draw the contract.
• Answer to queries raised by brokers as appropriate and follow up the pending issues.
• Develop the Department annual objectives, strategic initiatives and projects in the line with the company overall Strategic Dialogue and budgets.
• Ensure the achievement of set annual technical and financial objectives and strategies.
• Lead the development of products to support the sales business development and maximize customer need’s satisfactions.
• Work closely and Coordinate with claims department.
• Perform all other duties assigned by manager.
