Role: Lead Business Analyst

The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Providing support to TDC Programme Business and Workstream Leads
• Line managing a team of Business Analysts
• Managing the delivery of business analysis outputs across TDC Workstreams
• Handson business analysis
• Knowledge transfer skills development and mentoring to Programme colleagues

• Drafting operating desk and user instructions (M)
• Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels (M)
• Able to effective communication with a range of audiences (M)
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity (M)
• Developing product backlogs (epics features and user stories) (D)
• Developing user journey’s and identifying pain points (D)
• Supporting the development of operating models (D)
• Data analysis (D)

Experience & Knowledge

• 35 years in a Lead Business Analyst role in transformation programmes (M)
• 35 years line management experience (M)
• 35 years in a transformation and business change environment (M)
• Data analysis data science data architecture and / or data transformation (M)
• Working in an agile / SCRUM programme environment (M)
• Working in a matrix management programme environment (M)
• Working in a regulated environment (M)
• Bank of England banking or financial institution experience (D)
• Lean / sixsigma methodologies (D)
• Project management methodologies (D)
• ISEB Diploma Business Analysis (D)
