Litigation Solicitor

Our client are seeking experienced litigators to join their wellestablished litigation department. The hiring firm are a forward thinking law firm that has particular expertise in Credit Hire and the Personal Injury field.

Requirements

Managing and handling their own litigated caseload of RTA claims.
The number of files and value of files will depend upon experience.
The caseload will typically consist of of mainly Fast Track and Multitrack litigated credit hire files with a small number of small claims credit hire files.
Proactively managing their task list and ensuring that the firm s case management system is used properly
Ensuring that settled files are processed promptly and file closures are kept up to date
Working within the firm s standard service levels and keeping various groups updated.
Litigation experience essential
Claimant Credit Hire experience essential.
Personal injury and vehicle damage case handling experience essential.
Non Whiplash personal injury experience will be an advantage.
Experience in Fast and Multi track claims desirable
In depth knowledge of liability and quantum issues
Ability to work to meet Court deadlines.
Proclaim experience desirable.
Required to start as soon as possible.
