Would you like to manage a small team whilst also having your own portfolio of residential conveyancing cases

Our client is looking for you!

As a Senior Conveyancer you will be responsible for the full residential conveyancing process including sales purchases buy to let transfer of equity whilst also managing a small team working their own individual caseloads.

Requirements

Personal Attributes:

• Experienced Conveyancer at least 3PQE
  
• Driven and ambitious with a proactive approach to growing the department but with a team ethic.
  
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
