• Indirect Rate and Forward Pricing Rate Proposal Development expert skilled in analyzing inputs to formulate indirect rates and can assist with building FPRP templates for submittal to DCMA/DCAA
  
• Versatile finance skills how to handle capital facilities and IT operating expense within Hyperion and formulating depreciation schedules that flows into indirect rates
