The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SR HRBP) is a strategic role responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The SR HRBP serves as a consultant to management on HRrelated issues acting as an employee champion and change agent. The role involves formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver valueadded service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR topics including talent management organizational design workforce planning and employee relations.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions programs and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching counseling career development disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Master s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 710 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
- Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Experience with HR software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
