Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a talented Lead Generation Intern who can undertake efforts for the benefit of our peertopeer Circular xSports Marketplace. The candidate must be capable of generating new leads: individuals and sporting brands retail and drive xSports One App download.
Ideally the candidate must have a passion for the art of digital marketplaces circularity second hand and have abundant ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote our service and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer s interest in our xSports Marketplace in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponential growth.
xSports is "eBay/Vinted or Wallapop" for preowned sporting items.
- Generate manage and maintain xSports One App users
- Source new leads: Sellers & Buyers potential xSports App users
- Engage with potential users on Facebook Instagram other local P2P marketplaces
- Drive xSports One App downloading
- Verify listed product or service authenticity
Requirements
- B.Sc/BA in marketing or any other relevant disciplines.
- Proven experience as a C2C/B2C demand (lead) generation manager or any other identical role.
- Expert in Instagram & Facebook marketing and lead generation.
- Good understanding of lead research techniques data analysis and statistics methods.
- Knowledge of sporting goods industry
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Based in Europe (preferably).
- You are business fluent in English professional in Italian Spanish & French German as a plus.
