• Participate in the full product development cycle including defining problems prioritizing features building longlasting architecture and refactoring.
  
• Develop extend and maintain Ruby/RoR services and applications.
  
• Work closely with product and design teams to ensure the best customer experience.
  
• Ensure continuous improvement and high quality of products.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain a cohesive product line throughout the company.
  
• Communicate with Maticians across the United States particularly in Eastern and Central time zones to better understand product requirements.
  

Requirements

Your Golden Ticket: Key Attributes to Excel

• English level B2C1
  
• 4 years of software engineering experience
  
• Strong Ruby experience; leadership skills and eagerness to change stack or learn are also valued
  
• Experience and enthusiasm for writing automated tests
  
• Ability to transform ideas into highquality working products
  
• Customer and productoriented mindset
  
• Openminded approach with a desire to explore various areas such as frontend analytics DevOps and more
  

Education:

• Systems engineering or related field

• Back End: Ruby 3.1 Ruby on Rails 7 Sidekiq ActiveAdmin Grape
  
• Front End: React 18 Bun Jest for testing
  
• DB: PostgreSQL
  
• Testing: RSpec UI automation tests
