Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels including organic search social media email marketing content marketing and more.
Identify and research potential leads understanding their needs and how our products/services can meet them.
Create and optimize content for SEO to improve organic lead generation.
Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential leads and drive organic traffic.
Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns providing regular reports and insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
Proven experience in lead generation particularly through organic channels.
Strong understanding of SEO content marketing and social media marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience working in startups is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Familiarity with paid advertising and its role in complementing organic lead generation.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
