Job Description: Pro Coffee Gear is seeking an Espresso Machine and Equipment Wholesale Specialist to manage and grow our wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of espresso machines and related equipment coupled with experience in wholesale sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients including coffee shops restaurants and retailers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our wholesale distribution network.
  • Provide product expertise and guidance to clients assisting them in selecting the right espresso machines and equipment for their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies for increasing wholesale revenue and market share.
  • Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with wholesale partners to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to represent Pro Coffee Gear and network with potential wholesale partners.

Requirements:

  • Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of espresso machines and related equipment.
  • Proven experience in wholesale sales preferably within the coffee industry or similar field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
