  Job Responsibilities After Joining (Our Business Activities)

  We receive requests from companies such as We want to invest in equipment or develop systems to improve productivity We want to implement IT tools to streamline operations and We need to introduce a global HR system to support multinational operations. In response we provide consulting services that support projects from the planning stage to the implementation of systems (SAP).

  This time we are recruiting for the analyst position which precedes the consulting role. After attending various training sessions you will participate in system implementation projects with senior consultants supporting technical research and the preparation of meeting materials with clients.

  Overview of Consulting and SAP Training

  Consulting Training

  To input the basic knowledge required as an IT consultant we conduct various internal training sessions. These sessions are led by our active consultants.

  • Consulting training
  • Logical thinking training
  • Presentation training
  • Document creation training etc.

  SAP Training

  We provide training to input the foundational knowledge necessary for supporting the implementation of enterprise core systems in areas such as accounting logistics and HR which are crucial for our main business of SAP implementation consulting.

  • Overview of SAP
  • Explanation of purchasing operations etc.

  Based on the knowledge gained from these sessions you will participate in projects as a support member.

  We are currently conducting internship selections over a 2week period for 2024 graduates and recent graduates. During this time active consultants from Big4 firms will provide direct guidance and you will be responsible for inhouse tasks simulating an actual system implementation project.

  Through practical work we will assess your fit with our company culture and your potential skills as a consultant elements that cannot be fully evaluated through interviews. This selection style aims to ensure that offers are made without any gaps in expectations from both sides.

• Note 1: During the 2week period you will need to come to our Kudan Office on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1hour break).

• Note 2: The internship selection is generally unpaid.

• Note 3: The internship selection is conducted continuously so start dates are individually adjusted for each applicant.
