Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement and postplacement support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive team performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare recruitment sector.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of temporary contractual and permanent nursing requirements across various specialities.
