Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare recruitment sector.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of temporary contractual and permanent nursing requirements across various specialities.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.
