Job Description

TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is seeking a JD Edwards Developer with an Order to Cash Focus. The primary responsibility of the JD Edwards Developer Order to Cash Focus is to provide program development and technical support to maintain corporate use of the JDE and OTM applications including all the interfaces in the Order to Cash business work stream.

Responsibilities:

  • Evolve and promote established software development lifecycle practices and frameworks.
  • Write translate and code software programs according to specifications and standards
  • Implement testing of program fixes and perform followups to ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with analysts designers and developers on new software enhancements.
  • Assist in defining software business requirements objectives and specifications
  • Help define project plans including scoping scheduling and implementation
  • Participate in designing developing and maintaining software training programs and user manuals
  • Research emerging application development products languages and standards
  • Coordinate with vendors for software implementation and issue resolution
  • Analyze trends in documented resolutions to prevent future problems.
  • Communicate application issues to stakeholders including management and end users.
  • Record and track problemsolving processes using JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Develop reports and interfaces supporting JDE and OTM implementations. Manage or mentor junior team members
  • Develop custom JDE E1 applications based on business specifications
  • Interact with internal endusers and external IT service providers
  • Participate in crossfunctional teams addressing business and adoption issues
  • Contribute to successful rollouts of JDE and OTM enhancements
  • Review and recommend JDE system patching or updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience (8 years)
  • Proficiency in CNC JDE Services management and server operations
  • Expertise in JDE Enterprise One Security Administration
  • Advanced skills in designing and coding using Enterprise One Toolset
  • Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and strong SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with JDE Orchestration and Enterprise One Data Interface for EDI
  • Completed full lifecycle implementation/upgrade of EnterpriseOne
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow JIRA software and Oracle EBusiness Suite (a plus)
  • Experience working within manufacturing facilities and with manufacturing staff on design and implementation of software initiatives
  • Oracle Transportation Module (OTM) experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written verbal and oral communication skills with a proven record in communicating with all levels of the organization
  • Clear understanding of emerging technologies and enhancements that will allow process improvements and enhanced business functionality
  • Ability to work effectively and adapt to shifting priorities as business needs and deadlines change
  • Experience with ServiceNow JIRA software
  • Oracle EBusiness Suite experience considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
