Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities Coordination with Site Engineers and Contractors for New branch Branch Shifting & renovation works.
• Support to be extended to Zonal Infra Managers for Repair and maintenance works and clearing of technical issues at site Estimation of quantities finalization of layout plans in coordination with the concerned RM & preparation of Work Orders for related works

Requirements:

• Detailed checking and verification of all bills Provide technical expertise in idealizing new Infra requirements & innovations for branches Constantly looking for opportunities for cost reduction should have thorough knowledge regarding material specification and market rates Skillful in vendor negotiation Coordination with consultants for renovation/construction of own buildings whenever required Providing infra related support to group companies whenever required.
• Play a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate process and tools & coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the projects
