Job Title: Data Analyst (Retail Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Data Analyst with a strong background in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills experience with data analysis tools and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role is pivotal in supporting the retail banking division by providing datadriven insights to optimize operations enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather clean and analyze data from various sources to support retail banking operations.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to interpret data and identify trends patterns and anomalies
.
- Reporting and Insights:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the retail banking division.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing finance and IT to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Communicate findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.
- Implement best practices for data management and analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Behavior Analysis:
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to support personalized marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail banking campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Data Analyst preferably within the retail industry or retail banking sector.
- Proven experience in data analysis statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Python R or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or similar.
- Strong knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with retail banking products and services.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in business analytics.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and predictive modeling techniques.
