Our unique network of producers plays a crucial role in creating a more sustainable food system. We uphold our commitment to exceptional quality by directly importing ingredients from our producers eliminating middlemen and ensuring unparalleled quality.

Tasks

Your mission

• You embody the ALBA Sourdough values: you adopt a warm smiling professional attitude towards the guests help your colleagues during service and adopt a problem solver attitude.
• You will contribute to the smooth running of the pizza station & coldsection if needed
• You will be responsible for the miseenplace and the plating of sourdough pizzas
• You will contribute to the respect of hygiene standards within the kitchen.
• Engaging in twoway communication with the management team by effectively communicating needs ideas concerns to continuously improve Alba.

Requirements

What we are looking for (we hire on attitude first)

• Radiating smile
• Great energy proactive attitude and team spirit
• Boundless passion for hospitality pizza & italianinspired cuisine
• No previous experience as a Commis Chef or Pizzaiolo needed
• English intermediate Italian would be a plus
• Willingness to learn take on new responsibilities and grow with MimoHospitality & ALBA Sourdough Pizza
