Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst Location: Chicago IL Duration: 6 Months ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.) Looking for BA with waterfall experience and specifically for an HR project. Perhaps look for profiles with actual experience in HR projects Required: 8 years experience in business analysis discipline Proven experienced in requirements elicitation for a variety of projects and from various levels and business functions. Strong analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in creating business and functional requirements. Experienced in writing user stories. Experience with waterfall hybrid and agile solution development methodologies Ability to articulate tech jargon and translate tech concepts to business sponsors. Needed Microsoft Project Proficiency with Visio diagrams and decision trees Experience with SQL Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook Waterfall Microsoft Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS JIRA Document Management System (DMS)
