Product Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand user needs and product requirements
• Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for iterative design improvements
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with branding guidelines
• Translate complex concepts into simple elegant and innovative design solutions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback user testing and market trends
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
• Advocate for usercentered design principles and contribute to a culture of design thinking within the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize feature sets based on user and business needs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools
• Participate in crossfunctional meetings and contribute to strategic decisions based on design expertise
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to nondesign stakeholders
• Support and contribute to the evolution of design systems and pattern libraries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field
• Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
• Demonstrated proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD or Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and process documentation
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Solid understanding of design principles typography and color theory
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience with design system management and maintenance
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
