With a strong online presence and physical stores they provide stylish practical options for home furnishing.
We are looking for reinforcements in the form of Germanspeaking employees for our remote team all over Portugal.
As a Customer Support you will:
- Support of all customers requests in Dutch assisting with issues during and after orders
- Provide enthusiastic and professional support through inbound calls
- Inform customers about products and aim to close sales over the phone
- Help resolve delivery issues including tracking errors and stock availability
You need:
- Fluent in Dutch (min C1) English B2
Offer:
- Salary 1298 gross
- Full time contract
- 40h week in rotating shifs
