Senior Business Analyst in Banking

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify and document their requirements for IT projects.
  
• Design and implement testing strategies to ensure system functionality.
  
• Develop and detail system integration plans.
  
• Manage and resolve issues and incidents providing endtoend tracking of solutions.
  
• Collaborate daily with IT business analysts developers operations teams and thirdparty suppliers.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
  
• Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst.
  
• Experience in the banking area.
  
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  
• Deep understanding of SDLC and various development methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
  
• SQL database design management querying.
  
• Strong understanding of business analysis systems organization and testing processes.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
  
• Expertise in creating detailed process flows use cases and workflow diagrams.
