Customer Service Advisor - German - Porto

Position: Customer Service Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer support to German speaking customers by phone email chat and social media channels
• Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
• Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
• Closely work with other departments together for example Sales and Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to listen actively identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
• Ability to take stressful situations well
• Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
• Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone tablet or computer is easy for you)
• Good and customerfriendly service is the highest priority for you
• Curious and persistent in solving issues
• Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations

OFFER:

• Working hours: Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement
• Days off: 2 days (rotative)
• Workload: 40h/week (full time)
