Business Development Manager Legal Solutions

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager Legal Solutions your key responsibilities will include:

  • Focusing on corporate and legal firms with priorities in new business development and building increasing value within the client base to achieve overall revenue targets.
  • Proactively engaging with new whitespace clients.
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and leadership team to develop close relationships with prospects and customers understanding their business needs and providing targeted solutions.
  • Demonstrating strong proactive new business development experience along with solution selling and consultative sales skills including managing long sales cycles.
  • Ideally having experience in Solutions Software selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Showcasing a real passion for sales a personal drive for success and a strong determination to achieve objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional field sales or business development role selling software as a solution.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and striving for success.
  • Ability to create and maintain a robust and healthy pipeline of opportunities through prospecting activities.
  • Strong experience in B2B enterprise sales with excellent active listening negotiation presentation and consultative sales skills.
  • A customercentric approach commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities to crosssell solutions.
  • Ability to partner effectively with the wider sales team including presales and proposition. A team player with a positive approach.
  • Good organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
