What You Will Do

Purely Elizabeth is seeking a skilled and experienced Demand Planning Manager to help drive success by forecasting demand accurately and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of forecasting methodologies exceptional analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. This role is based in Boulder Colorado and requires two days per week in the office with the option to work up to three days remote/from home.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize historical data market trends and statistical models to generate accurate demand forecasts for our product portfolio.
• Employ consumption data including pointofsale (POS) data and syndicated market data to enhance demand forecasts and capture consumer trends accurately.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing and Product Development teams to gather relevant information and insights for forecasting purposes.
• Continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies to improve accuracy and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Work closely with Supply Planning and Procurement teams to align inventory levels with forecasted demand while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
• Lead the customer allocation process by collaborating with Sales Customer Service and Supply Planning to prioritize allocation decisions based on customer commitments strategic importance and overall business objectives while managing inventory constraints.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy inventory turnover and service levels.
• Analyze variances between forecasted and actual demand to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate demand forecasts inventory metrics and supply chain performance to stakeholders.

Who You Are

You are highly analytical and have a minimum of three years of proven success in a Demand Planning role within the CPG industry. You have a continuous improvement mindset and can work well autonomously as well as crossfunctionally in a dynamic highgrowth company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Statistics or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• Technical proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with demand forecasting software statistical tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs with a proactive and solutionsoriented approach.
• You thrive in a fastpaced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
