Financial and Management Reporting Manager Are you an experienced financial professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead in financial reporting and analysis on a part time basis. We are currently seeking a Financial and Management Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member you will be responsible for managing complex financial statements consolidations and reporting processes ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities: Manage the preparation of complex and highquality statutory financial statements on a quarterly halfyearly and annual basis. Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and purchase price application to support financial reporting needs. Prepare periodical financial and operational data contributing to financial planning and analytics processes. Perform complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed. Prepare reports and presentation materials for manageme
