Key Account Manager - Hospitality Retail - German and Spanish

I am recruiting on behalf of a market leader in payment and currency conversion tools. Their Dynamic Currency Conversion system allows credit/debit card holders to choose the currency in which they would like to make a payment. They work closely with a wide variety of clients particularly Hospitality and Large Retailers.

Key Account Manager Hospitality and Retail Clients

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Key Account Manager your role is to maintain and develop relationships with clients across the region focusing on Germany Switzerland and Nordics.

The Key Account Manager will have excellent Client Facing skills you will enjoy problem solving training clients and explaining the value proposition of using Dynamic Currency conversion tools in order for them to satisfy their own client base.

You will have the ability to think on your feet and enjoy really building valued relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for

• Supporting the Hospitality and Retail clients with training on services available
• Be the first point of contact for the client for any issues and escalations
• Analysis and reporting on take up of services by client base
• You will work closely with the client to support their sales activities and assist in devising new ways to improve uptake of the service.

Requirements

You will be a proactive individual who is looking to learn and develop your career in a Relationship and Key Account Management role. You will have the following skills

• Experience of supporting a team with excellent Relationship management skills
• Fluency in Spanish German and English
• Client Service background this could be gained from the travel or hospitality industry
• Team oriented
• Excellent judgment ability to handle confidential information
• Ability and interest in traveling regularly up to 70%
