- Coordinate with other hospital departments to meet patient needs.
- Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients in the software
- Assist patients with basic information about their medical conditions and provide accurate information about procedures and treatments.
- Resolve patient complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Clear the missed calls and update in software
