We are looking for an experienced Network Manager to lead a team of highly skilled Engineers to ensure high-availability and resiliency of network services.
Job Title: Sr. Network Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale (HYBRID)
Contract: 6+ Months
Duties:
- Oversee all network maintenance activity, escalations and network outage events driving issues to resolution
- Serve as the front-line of contact to network infrastructure vendors, other systems integrators and vendor partners, when necessary
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional operations teams
- Manage the Network Change Management process, working closely with Platform Engineering & Network Architecture towers for scheduling and approval of all maintenance activity, change deployments and network upgrades
- Collect all RFO/RCA technical information and working with peer organizations to resolve any corrective action plans
- Monitor network performance and perform network triage for all issues brought forth by peer organizations

Requirements
Network Management - 10+ years experience managing network teams including management of 24x7 follow-the-sun support model for network BAU operations, demonstrated ability to drive bridge calls to effectively manage incidents and restore impacted networked services, NOC management, experience with Agile methodology is strongly desired
Technologies - Working knowledge of the following: large private and public SDWAN networks, systems, and protocols; technical delivery parameters for internet connectivity over Copper, Fiber and Wireless delivery mediums; networking protocols and terminologies such as DNS, DHCP, PPPoE, high-availability designs and virtualized networks (VMWare, etc.); voice service deliveries and networking, over both TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) and VoIP (Voice over IP); Cisco Networking Solutions; Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, Routers, Switches; Technical Product Lifecycle Management; IPAM and DDI; SolarWinds Monitoring and Alert Management
