The Commercial Field Training Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing the companys sales training educational sessions for the internal team and dealer network. This role is also responsible for managing and ensuring the commercial field sales team and dealers are trained to successfully sell and manage Kress products in the marketplace to ensure high levels of satisfaction with customers, dealers, and the Kress sales team.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
- First point of contact for sales staff and dealer network to problem solve and provide white glove service and training.
- Provide solutions through training and supportive documents to the sales team. Ensure training emphasis is on increasing sales productivity, simplified processes with a focus on sales automation tools and making improvements to these tools as needed.
- Create training tools supporting our systems, tools, programs and staff.
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to internal staff and the dealer network and develop appropriate modification if needed
- Execute in person and web based training and attend sales events to provide training support to the dealer network and internal sales staff.
- Assist with on-boarding new internal staff and dealer network.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business or a combination of relevant work experience and education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of training, marketing and sales principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
