This is a remote position.
Position Summary:
The Telecommunications Network Coordinator will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and support of the (RTK) antennas provided to our customers. The Coordinator will work and interact directly with dealers and various team members throughout the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Map dealers locations in the territory or state and build a roadmap of where antennas are needed (creating the triangle).
- Determine where antennas will be located at dealer locations.
- Provide superior technical support and customer service to dealers via all forms of communication.
- Execute the distribution and shipping of service products and follow up with dealers to ensure kits are received.
- Schedule installation with the local installer and follow through to completion.
- Monitor antenna network for any signal issues.
- Complete site surveys and upload all pictures and videos to S3 program for HQ to confirm.
- Perform I-90 validation as needed.
- Visit each site to set up and activate the receiver once antennas and receivers are installed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in related field or a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Network Management, Surveying, Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge of telematics products such as modems, antenna, and web-based portals

Knowledge of GPS correction services, or high-end GPS land-based applications
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
