Job Description
What Youll Need
6 years of overall experience working and minimum 2 year experience in products management
Basic knowledge of Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting requirements for alternative investment industry
Knowledge of common Hedge fund structures such as MasterFeeder Private Equity Fund of Funds Committed Capital structure and Side Pockets will be preferable
Familiarity with various Management and Performance Fee structures and calculation methods will be a plus
Good understanding of post trade life cycle in asset management space and understanding of various types of reconciliations such as Trade Position Cash Swaps etc. will be an added advantage
An outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a hightech software development environment
Critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently
A healthy combination of resourcefulness domain expertise creativity and execution prowess
