Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a proven track record in the manufacturing and packaging industry. Experience in the glass container industry and having an existing client portfolio are significant advantages. This is a 100% onsite position.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven sales experience of at least 7 years
- Experience in manufacturing and packaging companies (glass containers is a plus)
- Strong client portfolio is a plus
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- Innovative and resultsoriented mindset
- 100% onsite work commitment

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify new growth opportunities in current and prospective markets
- Design and implement commercial strategies and plans that meet company goals
- Assess the overall performance of the company
- Set and establish company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop innovative ideas to drive sales and increase profitability for stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
