Job Description
- Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective building sites and projects.
- Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid customers.
- Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience (within the past 5 years) in the marketing of any building material ( tiles /marble/paints/elevator/furniture etc.) direct to building construction projects and clientele.
- Field marketing experience is required (outdoor sales)
- The ideal candidate should be experienced and self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through; outdoor marketing, cold-calling, and networking with architects and construction companies.
