Sample Tasks
- Evaluation of the current Epicor ERP Set Up current state and recommendations of improvements since go live define project scope objectives and success criteria.
- Coordinate and track the assessment of the current environment including data information and site collections.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data.
- Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports.
- Coordinate and collaborate on Epicor Issues Log and implement enhancements
- Coordinate and track the thorough testing of data integrity access controls and functionality
- Coordinate and track the creation of ongoing support and documentation to assist users in the transition.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training where it is necessary
Desired Qualifications
- 3years Epicor Certification technical experience in Kinetic
- Experience with the modules listed above including BAQ expertise email notification Inventory and warehouse set up and A/R automation email notifications to customers.
- Portfolio Management experience.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and inputs and make decisions that result in high quality project outputs
- Ability to manage and mediate stakeholder requirements and input
