Job Description
Job Title: Stockroom Clerk
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Location: Jamaica Plain MA 02130
Summary
The Stockroom Clerk is primarily responsible for receiving storing and delivering supplies equipment mail and packages throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform general duties related to the operation of the stockroom.
- Receive store and distribute supplies equipment mail and packages within the facility.
- Escort vendors who deliver and pick up supplies and materials.
- Respond to calls from the security guard to receive packages at the loading dock.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous stockroom experience.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Experience using UPS ShipStation is a plus.
- Valid drivers license is highly desired.
