What We re Looking For:
As an AM Growth you will:
Own and drive D2C sales for 50 firsttime online brands.
Manage a team of 5 ensuring smooth operations and achieving targets.
Collaborate directly with the founding members of the company.
Gain valuable experience that can one day help you pursue a profitable D2C business.
Requirements:
Hunger for learning and growth. If you have this youve already met our primary requirement!
Team management skills: Willing and able to handle a team of 56 members.
Experience: At least 6 months of team handling experience.
Skills: Strong analytical presentation and communication skills.
Motivation: Ability to brainstorm and drive actions with discipline.
Resultoriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 15 years in an MNC or startup environment.
Education: Graduate from Tier1 (IIT BITS NITs) or Tier2 MBA college or any premium institution.
Leadership: Ability to plan prioritize workloads and delegate tasks accordingly.
Proactive: Able to lead a team to achieve results.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
